At Hidden Roses, every order is carefully curated and often personalized. Because of the nature of our products, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than traditional retail.
📦 RETURNS
Due to the curated and surprise nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Blind date books
- Bundles or gift boxes
- Opened items
We appreciate your understanding, as each item is selected and prepared specifically for you.
⚠️ DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will:
- Replace the item, or
- Offer a refund or store credit
🎁 CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom items are made specifically to your request and are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless:
- The item arrives damaged, or
- There is an error on our part
🚫 NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Custom orders
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Digital products (if applicable)
⏳ REFUND PROCESS
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
